Our Goal

THE GOAL OF ENAT A.Ş

• To perform private industrial afforestation on minimum 100 hectares every year and minimum 1500 hectares throughout 15 to 17 years,
• To produce thin wood needed by fibre-chip, paper, and packaging industry beginning from 2019,
• To produce resin from remaining trees in the field following first thinning 15 to 16 years after planting date and second thinning 5 years later, and to vacate and reforest the fields that turn 25. (To perform tree farming)

ENAT A.Ş. set an example for the General Directorate of Forestry in terms of industrial afforestation by planting 2.5 million seedlings in a field of almost 15,000 decares (1,500 hectates) that it obtained between 2005 and 2019, and Forestry organization also launched industrial afforestation following the model of ENAT. Therefore, the company, which achieved its primary goal, did not need new land. Thinning, vacation, and reforestation activities in the same areas will continue until 2060.
